1: Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. 2: Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor. 3: Blend until super creamy, pour into a Ninja Creami tub, then freeze it for at least 12 hours. 4: When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer, add a splash of milk, then use the lite ice-cream button on the Ninja Creami. 5: Remove from the Ninja Creami, add another splash of milk, then hit the re-spin button. 6: Top with extra pistachios & enjoy!
