1/2 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour} 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup apple sauce 1/4 cup almond milk 2 eggs 3/4 cup blueberries d i r e c t i o n s- 1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and applesauce—then stir in the dry ingredients. 3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan, top with crumb mixture {recipe below}, swirl it around with a knife, and bake for 45 minutes! Crumb topping: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1/4 cup melted butter 3/4 cup all purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour} 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon d i r e c t i o n s- 1. Stir everything together & crumble on top of the bread batter before baking!
