1. Preheat the oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and almond flour. 3. Use a cookie scoop to make 10-11 cookies, make a criss cross pattern using a fork, and bake for 12 minutes. 4. Let them cool on the baking sheet before dipping in melted chocolate and topping with salt. Enjoy!
