1: Preheat oven to 350°F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish. 2: Using a hand mixer, combine the crust ingredients (cake mix & butter). 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the filling ingredients (lemon juice, eggs, coconut sugar, and coconut flour). 4: Press the crust mixture into the 8x8 dish, pour the filling on top, & bake for 35 minutes.
