1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar, then add in the cold butter and cold water with a fork. Use your hands towards the end to form a dough ball; if it looks too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time. 3: Place the dough onto a cutting board, flatten into a rectangle, and cut into 12 slices. 4: Stir together the filling ingredients in a bowl and place small amounts in the middle of 6 dough sheets. 5: Place the remaining dough sheets on top, press the edges together with a fork, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
