This Buffalo Chicken Baguette is made with a gluten-free sourdough starter baguette. It's filled with a delicious mixture of shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and topped with melted cheese.

1: Cut the baguette in half and brush the ranch butter on top of both halves. 2: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the chicken, buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, and cream cheese. 3: Top both halves of the baguette with the chicken mixture, add the remaining 3/4 cup shredded cheese on top, and bake for 12 minutes; I also broiled mine for 1 minute at the end.
