1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, syrup, and peanut butter. 2. Press this batter into an 8x8 pan, lined with parchment paper. 3. Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 4. When cutting into bars, I recommend flipping it over so that the granola layer is on top {this helps the chocolate stay together better.} Enjoy!
