1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, and sugar. 2. Stir in the peanut butter and mashed banana, then roll the dough out onto a large piece of parchment paper. 3. Spread on the frosting, then slowly wrap it up—using the parchment paper to help guide the roll {it will crack a little but just keep rolling and press it tightly together} 4. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut into slices! {Store in fridge}
