Freezer Cookie Dough Bites

1. Stir together the cookie dough ingredients {almond flour, maple syrup, and 3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips}
2. Pour some melted chocolate into an ice-cube tray {I don’t suggest using one that is already cold/frozen; I used a large one from @homegoods with 6 slots}
3. Add the cookie dough to each {I rolled them into balls} and press them into the melted chocolate. Top with more melted chocolate and freeze for at least one hour before enjoying. {Store in the freezer}
