1: Line a mini muffin tin with mini liners. 2: Melt 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips & add a small amount to each liner. 3: In a small mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter powder, honey, and water. 4: Scoop a small amount of peanut butter over each chocolate layer. 5: Melt the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate and pour over the peanut butter layer. 6: Freeze for at least 1 hour. 7: Enjoy! (Best stored in the freezer)
