Mini PB Swirl Brownie

1. Preheat oven to 350F & grease a small oven safe bowl {I used a mini loaf bowl from @tuesdaymorning }
2. In a bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Scoop the batter into the bowl, top with a swirl of peanut butter, and bake for 18-20 minutes!
