1: Preheat the oven to 415°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. 3: Add in the cubed butter and use your hands to crumble it into the flour. 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup buttermilk, pumpkin purée, and greek yogurt. 5: Pour this milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms; let this rest in the bowl for 5 minutes. 6: Add a little flour to your surface and knead the dough, flatten it out to about 1 inch, and use a cup or circle cookie cutter to cut out 6 biscuits. 7: Brush the tops with the extra buttermilk and bake for 18 minutes. 8: Enjoy! To make the cinnamon honey butter, mix all of the ingredients together using a hand or stand mixer.
