A super easy breakfast recipe featuring toasted gluten-free bread topped with mashed avocado and hard boiled eggs, seasoned with Everything But The Bagel seasoning. It's satisfying and perfect for a quick snack or meal.

1: Fill a small/medium sized pot about half way with water and place the eggs in. 2: Turn the heat to high and let the water come to a boil. 3: Remove the pot from the heat and immediately put the lid on. 4: Let the eggs sit for 20-25 minutes, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water to make peeling easier. 5: Toast two pieces of gluten-free bread. 6: Mash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread. 7: Slice the hard boiled eggs and place them on top of the mashed avocado. 8: Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
