1: Preheat oven to 350F and grease a muffin tin. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the nut butter & eggs, then stir in the rest of the ingredients. 3: Use your hands to form a dough ball, then split this into 12 pieces. 4: Press them into the muffin tin, add a marshmallow to the middles, and bake for 7 minutes + broil for 1 minute at the end.
