1: Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut hole pan with oil. 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients. 3: Scoop the batter into the donut hole pan (makes 19-20 donut holes), using a small cookie scoop. Bake for 10 minutes. 4: Once cooled, lightly coat them in melted butter or coconut oil, then dip them into a mixture of extra cinnamon & sugar.
