1: Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, & cinnamon—then stir in the yogurt. 3: Once you’ve formed your dough into a ball, split into 4 equal parts, roll into a bagel shape, and use your finger to poke a hole in the middle of each. 4: Grease the outsides with a little oil or butter, then dip into the cinnamon sugar coating. 5: Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
