1: Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet. 2: Whisk together the milk & egg—then stir in the rest of the ingredients. 3: Roll the dough into a ball & use a cookie scoop to make 8 cookies. 4: Roll each one in sprinkles, place on the baking sheet, flatten them, and bake for 8 minutes!
