1: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a baking dish. 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder. 3: Add in the cubed butter and use your hands to crumble it into the flour. 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, and greek yogurt. 5: Pour this milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms; let this rest in the bowl for 5 minutes. 6: Add a little extra flour to your surface and roll the dough out into a rectangle. 7: Mix together the filling ingredients & spread over the dough evenly. 8: Carefully roll it up from one of the longer sides and cut into 12-13 cinnamon rolls. 9: Place them in a baking dish, add a splash of heavy whipping cream over each (optional), and bake for 35 minutes. 10: For frosting: use a hand or stand mixer to cream together the milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract—then add in the powdered sugar.
