1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and lemon juice, then stir in the dry ingredients + blueberries. 3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 38-40 minutes! {For the glaze, I used @siggisdairy yogurt, lemon juice, and date syrup}
