CAKE BATTER BAKED OATMEAL

1. Preheat oven to 350F & grease a small oven-safe bowl {I used an 8oz. ramekin from @homegoods }
2. In a high powered blender or food processor, blend together the ingredients {besides the sprinkles} and pour the batter into the ramekin.
3. Bake for 25 minutes! {Topped with vanilla yogurt + extra sprinkles}
