1: Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a donut pan. 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 3: In a small bowl, whisk the wet ingredients. 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined. 5: Spoon batter into the donut pan (makes 6) and bake for 10-12 minutes. 6: Top with a mixture of powdered sugar and almond milk, and crushed peppermint.
