1: Preheat oven to 350F & grease an 8x8 pan. 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients-then stir in the dry ingredients, adding the blueberries last; lightly coat them in extra flour so they don’t sink. 3: Spread the batter into the 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes. 4: Enjoy! (Icing is powdered sugar + water.)
