1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar—then stir in the almond milk {use your hands towards the end to form a dough ball.} 3. On a lightly floured surface, flatten the dough and cut out 8 circles using a large circle cookie cutter or a wide rim cup. 4. Place small amounts of the filling in the center of 4 circles, carefully place remaining dough circles on top, and use a fork to seal them. 5. Place on baking sheet, lightly coat the tops with melted butter, and bake for 13 minutes! {I topped mine with a little frosting + extra coconut sugar.}
