Freezer Cookie Dough Bites! i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips Chocolate chips or bar {melted to fill the ice-cube tray} d i r e c t i o n s- 1. Stir together the cookie dough ingredients {almond flour, maple syrup, and 3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips} 2. Pour a little melted chocolate into an ice-cube tray {I don’t suggest using one that is already cold/frozen; I used a silicone tray from Home Goods.} 3. Press each cookie dough over the melted chocolate, top with more melted chocolate and freeze for at least one hour before enjoying! {Store in the freezer}
