1. On a cutting board or cookie tray, lined with parchment paper, spread a layer of melted chocolate; freeze this while you make your cookie dough. 2. In a bowl, stir together the almond flour and maple syrup—then add in the chocolate chips. 3. Remove the chocolate from the freezer and scoop the cookie dough on top; carefully spread it out. 4. Spread more chocolate over this + some salt & freeze until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
