Red Velvet Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a baking sheet.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
3. Stir in the flours, baking powder, beet powder, cacao powder, and sugar.
4. Use a cookie scoop/split dough into 8 pieces, roll into balls, flatten each {dough will be a little sticky, so you can grease your hands a little before rolling and flattening} and bake for 8 minutes! {Frosting is @missjonesbakes vanilla}
