1. Preheat the oven to 350F & grease a small baking dish. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the bread flour, sugar, salt, baking powder & soda—then add in the milk and melted butter. {Dough should look slightly wet} 3. Place the dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle. 4.Spread the filling mixture on, covering most of the dough—then cut into 4 slices. 5.Roll one up, connect the end to the next, and keep rolling until all 4 slices have made 1 large cinnamon roll. 6. Place it in the small baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Let slightly cool before adding icing {I mixed together powdered sugar & water.} Enjoy!
