1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in the honey and egg. 3. Stir in the flour and baking powder, then add the chocolate chips last. 4. Put the dough in the freezer for 5 minutes, then use a large cookie scoop to make 7 cookies and bake for 14 minutes. Let them cool on the pan before enjoying.
