1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut hole pan with oil. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then whisk in the dry ingredients. 3. Scoop the batter into the donut hole pan (makes 20 donut holes), I used a mini cookie scoop, & baked for 10 minutes. (Icing is powdered sugar mixed with water) Enjoy!
